Return Policy

• All purchases are returnable within 30 days with the original receipt, unless one of the following scenarios comes first.
• Christmas Lights and Accessories must be returned by Saturday, November 21.
• No returns on items purchased after 11/21/26
• All returns must be made in MOQ quantities. For example, bulbs must be purchased in quantities of 25 and must be returned that way as well.
• No price adjustments on previous purchases. 

Web Order Refund
Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to the dynamic nature of our retail inventory, we cannot guarantee that all items in your order will be available. If an item is out of stock, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear.

High-Risk Fraud Orders
In accordance with Shopify’s protection policies, we reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as high-risk for fraud. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I return an item?
Contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. If items are shipped, upon receiving your item, we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs. 

Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
